$ 1000 Raffle Draw - this coming Sunday 8 February

Most $1000 Raffle tickets have been collected from the club but not all returned!  Check your bowls bag, the pocket of your uniform or your car and make sure tickets are returned asap.    You can return them to Sam, Karen, Alan or Diana or post them in the office door.  Payment is by bank transfer or cash but please let us know your preferred method of payment!

AND THERE ARE MORE TICKETS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE - WHAT ABOUT ONE EACH FOR THE KIDS OR MAYBE MORE?  

Lunch on the 8 February starts at 12 Noon - payment of $10 on arrival but please add your name to the list in the club so we can get the catering right!

As well!   There will be extra raffles and a sudden death bowling comp.   $2 per bowl and a chance to show off your skills.  Kids free.....

Cracker Jack Raffle Prizes include paintings by John Wren, winner of numerous art prizes and kindly donated through Terry McVey, as well as two huge hampers.

And, as always, this is our club so lots of support is needed on the day - setting up, kitchen and bar duties as well as end of day.   Let us know how you can assist.

Sandy Bowls - A Great Venue for End of Year Parties

Two very successful get togethers were held at the Club over the last weekend.

Bowling proved to be popular with both groups - thanks to Chuckles and Ken and their spectacular organisation cut throat bowl offs!

Thanks to Ray White Real Estate Cheltenham and the Community Bank Sandringham we have purchased brand new Club bowls - available for use by new bowlers, come and try visitors and for functions. Note the wonderful colours - replacing the very out of date black bowls.
